We are able to manufacture series components in random order with changing lots with our modern and flexible manufacturing system. Because of that, it is possible to realize technologically even short term projects.
We own a powerful network of international well developed suppliers. Our own fixture construction department and the precise 3D measuring machine contributes to fulfill the requirements of our customers.

Quality
Customer satisfaction as a result of continuous process improvements
We are a company that implements its processes by precise quality planning. We continuously execute reviews and audits for measuring the process perfomance and evaluating the process efficiency. The components that are produced by our company are evaluated by different quality gates, for fulfilling the customer requirements completely.
The quality control starts at the random incoming goods material control department. Following by the control of the whole manufacturing process according to the aggreed customer requirements and as far as 100 percent control of the products by a 3D measuring machine. A statistic process control (SPC) is possible by customer order. The first article (smaple) production is exceuted by first articel inspection report (FAIR) or by Production part approval process (PPAP).
Regular customer audits and audits made by indepened third parties (TÜV, GL) control the manufacturing of the components. Our production plant is certified with ISO 9001: 2008 and owns the product qualification standard (HPQ) and the Q1-Supplier status of the German Railway (Deutsche Bahn AG).
